It’s not everyday that you get to meet people who give you goals in life. Meet Anupama, her number of smiles and laughter per day will crush any of our steps counter score. No wonder she has chosen to be a dentist, I yet have to ask if she also recommends Colgate or not (bad joke, couldn’t resist :) On the other side of the spectrum is Akshay who is the sweetest person we have ever met and not to mention also very shy.
They met last year at Atyasha & Sidhartha’s Wedding and got together, looking back it seems we had managed to capture the begining of their blooming romance their wedding album. Anupama’s mother is from Kerela and they decided to tie the knot in a traditional Malayali style wedding.
The picturesque setting of M.B. Club and lovely decor by Suvidha (Hosting Happiness) gave it as much of an airy and open feel as it remained true to the traditional and intimate wedding. It truly transported us to a lovely environment amongst their extremely warm family members
In South Indian culture, the Nadaswaram is considered to be very auspicious, and it is a key musical instrument played in almost all Hindu weddings and temples of the South Indian tradition.
Lord Ayyappa Temple.
It was the first Malayali wedding that we have shot as a team and we must say, it was a very special experience compared to other weddings that we have captured. The rituals were quite faced paced and the minor details are very important to notice.
The final proceedings that took place place at the local Ayyappa Temple brought a lot of peace s we reached before Anuapama and Akshay and got some time to light up the diyas ourselves which felt like a meditative activity.
